Since Site Be Media offers non-tangible/digital products that cannot be returned to us, and we cannot prevent customers from future use, Site Be Media is not obligated to issue a refund. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item from our site. Not that while due to regulations, buyers have the right to return an item, this does not apply to digital content. 

We do stand by our products that we offer on our website and your satisfaction is our goal! We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do our part to ensure we resolve your issue. Please contact us if your digital product is not what you expected and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Our Services refunds are subject to the Terms of Service for the Work Order or Service Agreement.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
